Review:
I quite enjoyed this story, and it was exactly what I was in the mood for. It's very easy to read.

The story is set in a pretty interesting, dystopian world. I would like to know more about what happened. I really liked the fact that the vampires are actually monsters and are, for the most part, not romanticised.

This book did feel a wee bit unoriginal, like I've read this story before, and I felt a little disconnected to some of the characters. For one, I feel like the main character adapted too easily in some ways.

I am quite interested to read the next one though, as this book ended in a very exciting way.

I would recommend this to people who like young adult and wants to read a pretty decent vampire story.
