Review:
So, I've seen this book around and when I found it while I was at a library downtown, I decided to sit down and read it, even though I had a copy of the first volume at home.

I'm not going to lie, I was a little disappointed in this. I think the artwork is incredible (although quite violent, so if you're not into that, this isn't for you) and I really like the use of colours. The art definitely creates a lot of atmosphere and there's a lot to take in.

The story was incredibly confusing though, so much so that I still don't really feel like I grasped what this was about. It jumps around a lot and there are a lot of characters, so it's hard to really hang on to any of it.

So overall, not really my thing, although I did end up reading the Volume 2 as well, since it was there and I had time for it (I felt very much the same about the second one as the first). The art really is very good, but that's about it.
