Review:
I think this is a great book. It concisely chronicles the history of feminism in an engaging and at times amusing way.

It's been very popular in the last few years to publish illustrated books that highlight important women from around the world, but this one is a bit different in the way that it puts everything in historical order and context, which I think works wonderfully. It really brings light to the fight that has been going on for around 150 years in a way that's easily digestible, but I also love that it brings it up to the present and ends with the fact that the war is not over.

I also adored he artwork in this, especially the use of color, and I feel like it really brought all these stories to life and connected them.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone and I think it could be a wonderful book to read with a young person in your life, because it's a part of our history that is, for some reason, not often taught to us in many schools around the world. It's one thing to hear of these women separately, but another entirely to see them all together in a coherent timeline.
