Review:
I really enjoyed reading this and I love that this is basically all about a woman scientist doing science.

The book touches on the authors childhood, her love life and her experiences outside of her work, but the main focal point is the science which I think is amazing. It's also very much about her friendship with her lab partner, which was fascinating and wonderful to read about and probably my favorite part of this book. I loved going on adventures with them, it was so much fun! The author also touches on what it's like to be a woman in her field and the challenges of working in her field in general, which was very interesting.

I'd definitely recommend this if you enjoy both memoirs and science. I do think it's important to note that it's not a traditional memoir in the sense that the science is the main theme of this book, so if you're not interested in that, this might not be as interesting.
