Moore wrote The Unseen World a few years ago, a book that I absolutely love, so I can't wait to read something new by her! This is the story of two sisters who were once inseparable but not lead very different lives and barely talk to one another - and then one of them goes missing. I was very lucky to be sent an advanced readers copy of this so I'm very excited!
Run Me To Earth by Paul Yoon

This is a historical fiction novel set in 1960's Laos and we follow three orphaned kids whose destinies are entwined across decades. I've never read any books set in Laos, which is what first drew me to this book, so hopefully I'll get to read it soon!

This is a true crime book and it takes a look at the case of two women who were murdered in West Virginia in the 1980's and there's never been true clarity on who dit it which has had a devastating effect on the community where it happened.

This is a contemporary literary fiction novel that starts off with a woman giving birth in a hospital in Beijing the night of the Tiananman Square Massacre and we follow the life of her and her daughter, lives that are colored by silences and ghosts from the past.
The Vanished Birds by Simon Jimenez

This is a science fiction novel about a mysterious child fallen from the stars and who can only communicate by music ends up living with a solitary woman, which sounds super weird but very interesting!
