Review:
I've read Harari's two previous books and really enjoyed both of them; with this, it's very much the same.

I really like reading Harari's books because he always has insights and thoughts that I've never considered before. His writing style is accessible and it's easy to understand everything, which is quite a feat when you're discussing such big and complex themes. I thought so much in here was absolutely fascinating, if somewhat anxiety inducing as well.

Of all of Harari's books though, this feels the most opinionated, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it makes for a slightly different reading experience. I also think this book has more lulls than his other books and there are some parts that feel like they keep harping on the same thing over and over.

This offers a lot of food for thought, which is one of the things that makes Harari's books well worth reading; there's always something interesting and compelling about what he writes about.
