April is upon us, spring is in full swing and here are five great books coming out during the month.

Sorry To Disrupt the Peace by Patty Yumi Cottrell

This is a literary fiction mystery novel about a woman in her thirties who returns to her childhood home and tries to face her estranged family. I've seen some early reviews of this book and it sounds fantastic.

Marlena by Julie Buntin

This is an electric contemporary novel about addiction, love and loss. It's about two young woman in the defining years of their lives and what that does to them.

Killers of the Flower Moon by David Grann

This is a true crime nonfiction book, and I'm not entirely sure what it's really about, but I know it's about a mystery from the 1920's and it's by the author who wrote The Lost City of Z, which I read a while back and thoroughly enjoyed.

American War by Omar El Akkad

This is a dystopian science fiction novel about a second Civil War, a devastating plague and an America that turns it's deadliest weapons upon itself.

Tell Me How It Ends by Valeria Luiselli

This is a nonfiction essay collection that interviews undocumented Latin-American children facing deportation, structured around forty questions.

All interesting-looking books for sure, don't you think?
