It's a new month, and it's time to look at some cool books that are coming our way in July.
The Wicked + The Divine Vol. 2: Fandemonuim by Kieron Gillen
21st
The second volume to The Wicked + The Divine series. I really want to read this because the first volume left me with a lot of questions, so I'm hoping some of the answers are in this one!
Ink and Bone by Rachel Caine
7th
Now this one... sounds SUPER interesting. It's a story where The Great Library of Alexandria has survived and is present in all major cities, controlling the flow of knowledge. I have no idea how that's going to go down, but it sounds amazing.
Armada by Ernest Cline
14th
This is a science fiction novel about a boy who plays a video game called Armada - and then the game comes to life.
Pretending to be Erica by Michelle Painchaud
21st
This a young adult thriller of sorts, where a girl named Violet and her father are going to extreme lengths to make Violet become Erica - an heiress kidnapped at age five and never seen again. Sounds like a really fun read.
Serafina and the Black Cloak by Robert Beatty
14th
First and foremost, how gorgeous is this cover? Anyway, this is a middle grade mystery book about an unusual girl who lives in the basement of a grand estate and cannot leave. But when children start disappearing, Serafina is the only one who knows who the culprit is.
What new books are you excited about for July?
