A group of clever, eccentric misfits at an elite college discover a way of living that are lightyears away from their contemporaries. But when they end up taking morality too far, their lives are changed forever.

Wow, was I surprised by this one. I had forgotten to bring a book to work, so I rushed into the bookstore to pick up something to read during my lunch, and I sort of grabbed this without thinking. I thought the authors name looked familiar.

It did not take me long to be captivated by this. What struck me first was the writing, which is rich and beautiful. The mystery is enticing and interesting. I really loved how fascinated I was by all these characters and how well-crafted they were. It just felt so realistic.

I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to describe this. I am, simply, blown away.

I would highly recommend this book to everyone. Go read it!

  1. This book has been on my tbr shelf for YEARS and I still haven't got around to pick it up. Maybe it's the length that puts me off, bacause the only long (600+ pages) books I've read are sequels from already established series. But now that you mentioned this again, I might go look for this in the bookstore tomorrow.

Hope you have a good weekend!
